١. إلغاء وصول FUND من المنصة
يمكنك في أي وقت إلغاء وصول FUND من إعدادات حسابك التجاري في ميتا أو تيك توك أو سناب شات، من قسم التطبيقات أو التكاملات المصرّح بها. بعد الإلغاء يتوقف FUND عن قراءة أي بيانات جديدة.
٢. طلب حذف بياناتك من FUND
أرسل طلبًا إلى baraa@fund-dash.com من البريد المسجّل لدينا، واذكر اسم الوكالة أو الجمعية والمنصة المعنية أو «كل البيانات».
- نحذف رموز الوصول للمنصات فورًا عند استلام الطلب.
- نحذف بيانات المنصات الإعلانية وتقارير الإيراد وحسابات المستخدمين المعنية خلال 30 يومًا.
- نرسل لك تأكيدًا بالبريد عند اكتمال الحذف.

1. Remove FUND's access on the platform
You can remove FUND's access at any time from your business account settings on Meta, TikTok or Snapchat, in the authorized apps or integrations section. After that, FUND stops reading any new data.
2. Ask us to delete your data from FUND
Email baraa@fund-dash.com from the address registered with us, naming the agency or charity and the platform concerned, or "all data".
- Platform access tokens are deleted as soon as we receive the request.
- Advertising platform data, revenue reports and the related user accounts are deleted within 30 days.
- We confirm by email once the deletion is complete.
